Is racism everywhere? We certainly have racism in the United States. And racism in North
Asia; racism in South Asia; racism in South East Asia. Racism in North Africa; racism in South Africa; racism in East,
West, and Central Africa. Racism in Europe and the Mediterranean. Racism in Central and South America. Tribal
wars in many places.
Global racism - what is being done about it? And just as importantly, what can you
do about it? Racist thoughts and actions. Whether you're more on the giving end of them or more on the receiving
end, do you think you have the power to change the presence of racism in your own life?

There's a wide spectrum of day to day activity that is affected by racial considerations.
Below is only part of it.

Has racism changed over time? You decide. Again, below is only part of its story.
How it was then..
How it is now..
Today, an interesting new question keeps arising. Namely, is racism a mental health issue?
There is a debate going on in the most learned circles, as well as among parts of the general population. What do you
think?

Should the whole phenomenon of racism be taught in the public schools? It could
be introduced in first or second grade, with the emphasis being on tolerance of differences and on manners.
By middle school the course could be called Racism 101, and delve more into history and current events.
From there, the information offered would expand appropriately through high school and become more in depth as the
student matures.
Are any school districts considering such a proposal?
